Take Control of Your Browsing Experience?

Do you want to add a download button to YouTube videos? or perform auto skip-intros when watching Netflix? or add IMDB ratings in your Netflix browser? Do you want to add or edit any website in the easiest way possible? Introducing User scripts…

User scripts put you in control of your browsing experience. Once installed, they automatically make the sites you visit better by adding features, making them easier to use, or taking out the annoying bits and ads. The user scripts are generally written by other users and posted to share with the world. They’re free to install and easy to use.

To use these scripts you need to first install a user script manager. Which user script manager you can use depends on which browser you use:

After you install Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey (which I personally use), you can google “user scripts” or just go directly to https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts to find scripts you wanna try.

Here is a sample script:

After you install Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey, try the script YouTube Downloader Script Installation from greasyfork:

Click on install the green install script button and it will take you to the script page:

Go to Options at the top right corner of your browser and check the “Close after installation” (this would just close the page after you are done for faster installations)

Now, install the script by just clicking on the “Confirm Installation” button.

Boom! visit Youtube.com and start downloading…

Try other scripts and if you have any question just comment below.

Enjoy the Scripts!
